A lot may come up or a lot may not come up. It really depends on how much healing you have already done. I intend to help you over come fears and anxiety of which you have no idea where they stem from. We have to grow, we have to overcome and become who we are meant to be. Sometimes that thought is scary, to be who you are meant to be. There is so much we can learn about ourselves from meeting our inner child. If you are able to meditate then this is great for you. If you aren't really a meditator, I suggest you reach out to me for a healing session. Please don't purchase if you never meditated before. Thank you!
Always ground yourself. How do you do this? Everyone is different. Make sure you have grounded and cleared your space, and you are in a safe environment.
